Under the supervision of the course instructor for "Building Services: Lighting and Acoustics," Dr. Qais Abdul Hussein, and Assistant Lecturer Enas Ali Salman, a scientific visit was conducted on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, for third-year students in the Architectural Design branch to the National Theater building in Baghdad.
The purpose of the visit was to explore the acoustic treatments in the theater and enrich the students' scientific knowledge about sound design in auditoriums, ensuring clarity and comfort for the audience. The students learned how to integrate sound systems into architectural design to manage sound quality and reduce unwanted noise, thereby enhancing the auditory experience.
