On Thursday, February 22, 2024, the Architectural Design Subject Officer - Architectural Branch
(Professor Dr. Safaa Al-Din Al-Samarrai) and members of the teaching staff organized a scientific visit for
the students of the third stage / Architectural Design Branch to the Neurological Sentence Hospital in Al-
Rusafa, to review the design and implementation aspects. of the hospital building, to increase students’
knowledge about the project proposal in the architectural design subject for the second semester. The
scientific visit included an extensive tour with the hospital’s engineering staff, a presentation of the
project’s departments and facilities, and an explanation of the functional, constructional, service, and
environmental solutions for hospital buildings of various types.
